A few years ago at an art and craft show I saw these sculptures that were made of Paverpol and fabric. They were called garden spirits and I wanted to learn how to make them. It was a busy time in my life and I could never find the opportunity to take a class. It wasn't until I became a cancer survivor that I decided it was time to enjoy life and do new things. One of them was to take the class that I had wanted to do a few years ago. I love making my Garden Spirits, each one having their own personality.
I work at the Cancer Centre and find that making these sculptures helps me to relax. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to become a certified instructor so I can share this form of art with other people.
Photography has been a passion for me all my life.I bought my first camera over forty years ago. Well over a decade has passed since we started a small home business in the town of Dundurn, just south of Saskatoon Saskatchewan. We wanted to give people the opportunity to have access to a photographer locally. Someone who would go to your farm or acreage or yard or location you desire and take your pictures for a reasonable price. To ensure that the photos are printed on top quality paper with top quality inks giving you a product with excellent longevity.
I'm self taught and that means I never stop learning, never stop trying new ideas, never stop moving forward.
